Taken Care Of
My wife and I were very happy with the design of the ring. I purposely chose to hold off on my review and glad I did. Unfortunately 9 days after Christmas the Saphire in the ring came out and was lost. I was quite impressed with Bliss Livings customer service, I called and let them know what had happened. I was contacted by email and there was a return label for USPS to ship the ring back to the designer and the ring was repaired and Saphire was replaced, without any additional cost to me. Thank you Bliss living for taking care of the situation, I will definately keep your company in mind if and when I decide to purchase other jewelery for my wife. Thanks and God Bless you S.L.
