These Terms govern your use of blissliving.com. They are written in plain language because we want you to actually read them. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not, please don't use the site.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using blissliving.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bliss Living. The Site is intended for adult lifestyle shopping decisions. If you are under 18, please do not use the Site.

What Bliss Living is

Bliss Living is a discovery and recommendation service. We publish curated product picks across five lifestyle categories. We are not a retailer. We do not sell, ship, or fulfill any product. When you click "Shop" on a product, you leave our Site and are taken to a third-party merchant (most often Amazon). Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and that merchant — not us.

This distinction matters. We have no control over a merchant's pricing, inventory, shipping, customer service, returns, refunds, or product quality. Concerns about any of those things should go to the merchant.

Affiliate relationships

Many links on Bliss Living are affiliate links. When you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the merchant. This costs you nothing. It does not influence our recommendations. The full Affiliate Disclosure covers every program we participate in and the rules we hold ourselves to.

No warranties on recommendations

This is the most important section. Please read it.

Specifically:

• We do not guarantee any product will work for you. We curate carefully, but every body, home, and life is different. A pillow that earned a Bliss Living recommendation may still not be the pillow for you.
• We are not responsible for merchant fulfillment. If a product arrives late, damaged, in the wrong size, or never arrives, your remedy is with the merchant, not with us.
• We are not responsible for product quality, safety, or any harm arising from a recommended product. Use products as directed by their manufacturer. If a product is defective or causes injury, follow up with the manufacturer or merchant.
• We do not guarantee prices. Prices change at the merchant's discretion. The price you see at checkout on the merchant's site is the price that governs.
• We do not guarantee availability. A product we recommended yesterday may be out of stock today.

If you have a medical, structural, or safety question about a product, consult a qualified professional before purchasing.

External links

Bliss Living contains links to third-party sites — merchants, affiliate networks, and occasional editorial references. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Following an external link is at your own risk, governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, photography we license, design, layout, code, logos, and the "Bliss Living" name and trademarks — is owned by Bliss Living Inc. or licensed to us. Bliss Living's word marks are registered (USPTO Reg. Nos. 3245035 and 3236516) and protected under United States trademark law.

You may:

• Read and browse the Site for personal use.
• Share a link to a public page on the Site.
• Quote brief excerpts (a sentence or two) with attribution.

You may not:

• Copy, republish, or distribute substantial portions of our content.
• Use Bliss Living's logos, names, or marks without our written permission.
• Create derivative works based on the Site's content.
• Use our content to train machine learning models without our written permission.

Third-party brand names, product images, and trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. Mentions are nominative — they identify the product being recommended — and do not imply endorsement of Bliss Living by those brands.

How you may use the site

When using the Site, please do not:

• Scrape, crawl, or mine the Site or its data using automated tools, except for well-behaved search engine crawlers obeying our robots.txt.
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts, headless browsers) to interact with the Site in ways that consume disproportionate resources or interfere with other users.
• Reverse engineer the Site, its agents, its scoring system, or its APIs.
• Attempt to access areas of the Site or systems that are not made publicly available.
• Submit anything unlawful through any form on the Site (newsletter signup, contact, future interactive features).
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate Bliss Living, our employees, or another user.

We reserve the right to block access to anyone violating these rules.

Newsletter terms

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive periodic emails from Bliss Living containing curation, recommendations, and Bliss Living communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to privacy@blissliving.com. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not delete your account or your records on the Site — for that, see our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages — to the extent those laws apply, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bliss Living Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party in connection with your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Effective" date and version number at the top.
• For material changes, post a notice on the Site for at least 14 days.
• Continued use of the Site after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

There is no mandatory arbitration clause in these Terms. Disputes proceed in court under California law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
