Accessibility
Last reviewed: May 12, 2026
Bliss Living is built so that everyone can use it — on the device they have, with the assistive tools they use. This page is what we've done and where you can tell us we've missed something.
Our commitment
We design and build the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We test with screen readers and keyboards. We treat accessibility as part of how we ship, not as a separate project.
What we've built in
- Semantic structure. Headings, landmarks, and lists are used for their meaning, so screen readers can navigate the page.
- Keyboard access. Every interactive element is reachable with the Tab key and operable with Enter or Space. Focus is visible.
- Contrast. Body text meets WCAG AA (4.5:1) and most often AAA (7:1) against the background.
- Reduced motion. If your system asks for reduced motion, our animations stop.
- Skip to content. A skip link is the first focusable element on every page.
- Image alt text. Product photos have alternative text. Purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive tech.
- Captioned links. Buttons and links say what they do; we avoid "click here."
Standards
Our reference is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The U.S. Section 508 standards align with WCAG 2.0 AA, which we also meet. We're working toward WCAG 2.2 AA as patterns mature.
Assistive tech
We test with VoiceOver (macOS and iOS) and NVDA (Windows). If you use a different screen reader or assistive tool and something doesn't work, please tell us — that feedback is how we find the gaps.
Tell us where we can do better
Email accessibility@blissliving.com with the page, the device or assistive tool you were using, and what happened. We read every message and reply within five business days.
Scope
This statement covers blissliving.com. We link out to merchant sites (such as Amazon) when you click a "Shop" button. We are not responsible for the accessibility of merchant sites, but if you hit a barrier on a merchant page we link to, please tell us — we'll factor it into what we choose to feature.
