Purchased for my daughter for Mother's Day. She was very pleased. We were even able to have the words to the song she sings to her daughter placed on the large charm..........."You are my sunshine" in lieu of names as suggested on the website. The customer service rep who helped me was very accommodating......she figured there was a way to add a saying instead of all names, and she was right! It was very cute and we were all happy with the purchase.

I was interested in a friend's necklace (charms stamped with first initial of her kids' first names) but couldn't seem to find it online. Came across blissliving.com while searching the web.....So happy I found you! I bought a different necklace for my Mother for Mother's Day. I wore my necklace today (first time at work) and already got a compliment. Love it!!
Pros:Beautifully made. Just what I was looking for to represent my family.Cons:After a few wears, the bottom charm has a mark from where the middle charm slides back and forth. Hopefully, the polishing cloth will "buff" this out. |

The website was very easy to navigate. I wasn't expecting to have to wait two weeks for my wife's mother's day gift but given the handmade nature of the product and the fact that they were probably busy making a lot of mother's day gifts, I understand. I just wish I ordered it sooner. Customer service was also prompt in helping me with a problem. I accidentally messed up on one of the personalized details. I emailed them and within about two hour, I got a reply that they changed it in the system. When I received the gift, It looked great and the change was made too, so I don't have to deal with an angry wife for a wrong date on her necklace. Thank you!

We got this for our mother and she loves it. It comes with multiple tiers of charms all with engraving that is sharp. there is a lovely pearl on top that is the perfect accent and touch for this gorgeous piece. Pearl also serves as a stabilizer for the necklace so the charms don't dangle too much especially when you are out and about. Great thinking!
