Bliss Living offers many items that are custom made especially for you upon order. Unfortunately, custom-made and personalized items are not returnable since they are made just for you. If you wish to cancel a custom order, it must be cancelled before the production of the item starts. If you are unsure if an item is returnable, please email us for more details before placing an order. If an exception is made for returning a custom-made item, a restocking fee may apply.
