Bliss Living offers many items that are custom made especially for you upon order. Unfortunately, custom-made and personalized items are not returnable since they are made just for you.
Hand painted, personalized, custom designed furnishings, artworks and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned, as they are custom made especially for you upon order, to your specifications. If an item is custom made, it will be stated in the item’s description. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 2 business days of your original order date. If you are unsure if an item is returnable, please call us for more details before placing order.
If an exception is made for returning a custom-made item, a restocking fee may apply.
