A hip and precious way for Dad to brag about his kids. The handcrafted sterling silver dog tag pendant measures 1 1/16" x 7/8" and is inscribed with our signature baby hands and feet prints with baby's name on the front and all the birth specs on the back. Hangs on a 1.5mm 18" sterling silver ball chain or black leather adjustable. Fill in text box below with child's name, birth date, birth time, weight, and length. Comes with 1 pendant but additional pendants can be ordered.

**Note: Comes with 1 pendant (not 2 as shown in photo). The pendant is inscribed on both sides. The photo shows two pendants to show both sides of the necklace. Additional pendants can be ordered. All letters are in uppercase.
