If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 21 days of the time you received the item. We want you to be 100% happy with the gift for your special baby. Please note that limited edition, custom-made and personalized items are not returnable. Please read the "Shipping Time" section on each product page for information if the item is returnable. Extra large items and those shipped directly from our designers may not be able to be sent to a P.O. Box. We will notify you immediately if a different ship-to address is needed. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care and time.

Certain items, such as larger furniture pieces, which are bulky and heavy, require extra care and incur a Delivery Surcharge, in addition to the appropriate charge outlined above. The exact amount of the charge will be noted in the description of the item and in your shopping cart.

International Orders - Orders Outside Continental United States (the lower 48 states)
Blissliving.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA, to fulfill orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, U.S. territories, and over 220 countries. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.



Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 2 business days from when the order was placed. Because many of our products are hand crafted and made-to-order, shipping times given in the product descriptions are estimates.

Rush delivery is not available since many of our unique products are custom-made. In the event you would like to request a rush order, please let us know immediately by emailing us at care@blissliving.com or call us at 1-888-983-BABY (2229). We will do whatever we can to accommodate you. If an item is not available for rush delivery, we'll let you know immediately. Bliss Living cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given. Freight Shipments
If you are receiving a shipment from a freight carrier, the delivery company will call ahead of time to schedule your delivery. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, in the presence of the driver. If you find any signs of damage to the item's packaging, it is imperative that you note the damage on the driver's delivery ticket. Please notify Bliss Living of the damage immediately by emailing us at care@blissliving.com. Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with the purchase for your special baby. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 21 days of receipt of the item. Simply email us within 21 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number.

All personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the Designer.

On sale items are final and not returnable.

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund credit to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to purchaser's credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient. Custom-made and personalized items are not returnable. Please email us for the Return Address. Sometimes items need to be returned to the manufacturer directly, and not to Bliss Living. If you ship it to the wrong address, you will be charged for the re-shipping fee. Please read the following for more details.

  • Shipping charges cannot be refunded. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Tags must be uncut and still attached.
  • If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined in the Shipping Information section.
  • Please email or call us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Many of our items ship the same day. Once an order it's shipped, we can not retract the shipment. You can return it once you receive it.
  • Hand painted, personalized and custom-made items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned, as they are crafted to your personal specifications. If you wish to cancel a custom order, it must be cancelled before the order is placed with the Designer. If you are unsure if an item is returnable, please email us for more details before placing order.
  • If an exception is made for returning a custom-made item, a restocking fee may apply. Please email us for more details before placing order.
  • We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage since we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you immediately. You will have the option to cancel.

Sales Tax
Since BlissLiving operates in California, we are required to collect an 9.75% sales tax on orders shipped to a California address. Products shipped to addresses outside of California will not be charged sales tax.

Order Tracking
Once an order is completed successfully, our system automatically generates a confirmation e-mail receipt with your order information. Once an order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information. Please allow the specified time frame next to the product description for the arrival of your order.

Custom and Personalized Purchases
BlissLiving offers custom and personalized items from many artists and manufacturers. Each product takes a different amount of time to produce before shipping. This information can be found on each product page. Please note that these are only estimates and may vary a few days based on availability and shipping method. Your credit card will be charged when we place the order on your behalf. Personalized and custom-made orders may not be cancelled or returned.
