This terrific bracelet has my children's names engraved in each of three charms set on a really strong bracelet design. I really love the handcrafted aspect of the bracelet and the free personalization. My favorite part is the excellent customer service from BlissLiving.com. The customer rep was extremely professional and she helped me pick out the right jewelry bracelet and a matching necklace (the Mom's Name Charm Necklace in case you are wondering). Plus when I had slight typo I called back and they fixed it for me! That is customer service you won't receive at Amazon, plus you can't even call anyone at those big box retailers. I will definitely come back to Blissliving and will recommend this product and your store to all my family and friends.

I asked for and actually received this bracelet for Mother's Day. I LOVE IT! It's exactly what I thought it was going to be. The only thing I would change is I wish it were a bit heavier, it is so light that I have to keep looking at my wrist to be sure it is still there.
