Circle Pendant Necklace - Personalized

This is a special necklace. I got one for Mother's Day 2 years ago and my son's teacher always commented on it. She had him in her class for 3 years so when he finished that school, I wanted to give her something special and ordered this for her. It is not as big as the one I had and I was a little disappointed. I hope she wasn't.

I ordered a customized necklace as a push present for my 39-week pregnant wife (which was admittedly my fault for procrastinating until then). However, I missed the part on the website that said the necklace I ordered would take 2-3 weeks to customize and ship. When I got the e-mail that said the same, I called the 800 number to see if there was anyway they could expedite the order. I was half-expecting a stoned warehouse guy with a terrible attitude to answer the phone, but I got a guy who clearly took pride in customer service, and was more than willing to help. He worked with me on a realistic expectation, asked whether I'd be willing to cover overnight shipping, then put in a request to customer service to ship within 3 business days. The next day I got an e-mail from someone in customer service saying they could expedite the shipment at no cost to me, and it shipped the next day. I ended up receiving the necklace the day before my son was born, was able to present it to my wife in the hospital, and made her cry happy-tears for the 2nd time that day :) Long story, I know, but I wanted to convey how their customer service (and prices) definitely won them a repeat customer, and I'd be glad to recommend this store to anyone.

The necklace is beautiful, but I can only wear it for a short time maybe to a party or something. I wanted something I could wear every day. This is not it, as the chain is rough and rubs my neck raw. I might find a black cord necklace that I can replace the chain with.

I have ordered two necklaces from this store. They were gifts for my Daughter and Daughter in Law. When received, they were exactly like the web picture. Very well done. My Daughters wear them all the time. I am very pleased, and will order from this store again.

Wow, this is what I am talking about with your great customer service. I REALLY appreciate that. It is actually quite unexpected, especially with the way many businesses are run these days. I am speechless. I understand these things happen, but they can only be fixed if people let you know. I have read your reviews and expected a great product, and when that didn't happen, I was disappointed, so this is just amazing. I will definitely be leaving feedback about you guys on any and every site...not to mention frequenting your site for future business. My main question at this point would be what to do with the old necklace? Should I keep it or send it back when the new one arrives? Please let me know. Once again, I am totally speechless and can't thank you enough. Please pass along my thanks to the entire team, as this is a rare occurance when customer service is such a priority.

beautiful pendant necklace, i adore it!

Received faster than I thought which was great. Necklace is very light. Wishing it was a little heavier and engraving was deeper/darker but it is still good.

This alluring pendant has all the workings of a terrific jewelry piece. The circular pendant is a perfect concentric circle and the engraving is nice. I like the dotted dividers between the names. I put it on easily and this is one of my favorite pieces to wear. I enjoy this personalized necklace a lot and highly recommend it!

When I got the necklace, the clasp was very difficult to close. The designer took it back with no issues and replaced it for me. The pendant was lighter weight than I expected but it does say in the description that it is lightweight.

Got this and the necklace was very nice. The engraved names are perfectly done and has an nice clear font. The chain fit me perfectly and sits on my chest at the right spot, since I am average height, I imagine it will fit most women just the same. And it is very smooth so I don't notice it at all which what I want. I got it much sooner than expected so I was thrilled. Also, the customer service rep I spoke with was great and the manager who followed up with me emailed within the hour on my special name request!

This necklace is terrific. I wore it to a party the moment I got it and immediately got nice comments on it. The circle frame with the personalized handcrafted names really made it stood out. I continue to get nice comments on it at the office and tell you this is my favorite piece of jewelry to wear anytime. Made of really nice silver it's a bargain to get a hand engraved necklace considering how silver prices have skyrocketed this past year (from $13 to over $45 in 1 year!). I know because I am in the metal business. So trust me, this is a great bargain and really a great gift for any woman!
