"Dear Bliss Living: Recently I ordered a chenille baby security blanket from your company. Our baby had lost his security blanket and we found out they no longer made the same one. We could not find one even close anywhere around so I went on line. This is when I discovered you people. I ordered without personalization to save time with shipping etc. I got a phone call that evening from Cora asking about why I had not ordered free personalization. I explained the situation and she was very understanding and said she would talk to the seamstress to see how fast it could be sent out. Within four days (usual shipping time two to three weeks) I received our blanket, personalized, with an extra blanket, also personalized. Enclosed was a note from Karen, the designer, explaining that her baby was also very attached to their blanket so they sent an extra just in case.
We were amazed at this and so very pleased. We will recommend your company to anyone we know shopping for baby products and definitely become regular customers. Your customer service and personal care should be commended!!
