Beautifully finished in a setting of 14K Gold plate, this new heart pendant is personalized with your family's surname (or mom/grandma's name) and the birthstones of beloved family members. One name, up to 12 script letters, graces the front of the heart. Choose up to 6 Austrian crystal family birthstones (minimum 2 birthstones required). The back is inscribed, "Forever in my Heart." Heart is suspended on a 20" rope chain. Size is 13/16" tall and 7/8" wide.
The jeweler does not allow us to request specific placement of names or stones on the necklace. The placement is up to the jeweler.
