I got the replacement necklace and it's beautiful, I absolutely love it! It's a gift for my mother, I hope she likes it as much:). I got a return label but have not gotten a prepaid label. Was that sent after the necklace? I have not gotten it yet. As soon as I get it I will sent you the necklace with the wrong font.
I am very pleased with my replacement piece and I really appreciate all your help! Wonderful customer service:)

Wife Loved the Necklace

My wife wanted a necklace with our three kids names and birthstones, and this necklace stood out for its beauty. I was concerned, though, because the template with three names showed the names off center. I was thrilled to see the names were evenly spaced, the engravings were big and legible, and the birthstones radiated color. My wife loved it and I wouldn't hesitate to get something else from this same jeweler in the future.

Super elegant pendant designed with firmly set birthstones. I especially enjoy the engraving, every letter is easily distinguished and we have all four members of our family on it.
Pros:Nice engraving and its complimentary too!Cons:give an option for thicker chain. |
